This English version is provided for convenience. The French version is the reference text.
What is collected
The website only collects personal data when you send the contact form: your name, your email address, the type of need you selected and your message.
The website measures its audience with Plausible Analytics, a cookieless tool hosted on the same server as the website. It counts page views, where visits come from, country, device type and a few actions (clicking a button, starting and sending the form), without keeping your IP address or any identifier that could recognise you from one day to the next.
The website uses no advertising trackers. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored in your browser only and is never sent anywhere.
Why
This information is only used to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare a conversation about your needs. It is never sold, transferred or used for marketing.
Legal basis: the legitimate interest in replying to a request you initiated, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Who has access
Data controller: OPKOD, represented by Ayoub Hidri, managing director.
Ayoub Hidri, the sole recipient of the messages. Messages are delivered by email through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), an email delivery provider, which forwards them to Ayoub Hidri and sends you an acknowledgement.
Your IP address is used temporarily to limit abusive submissions. It is not stored permanently.
How long
Messages are kept 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, through the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
